They were super helpful when I had a mix up with FedEx and couldn't initially receive the package. 5/5 customer service, quick responses, above and beyond, even answering outside of business hours multiple times. Such a great experience!!! Jayne was excellent on the phone and helped order the exact ring I was looking for. And they shipped it to me! When I called to have the package held at Fedex instead of signed for at my address, Jayne got the info right to their shipping expert, Harry, and he went above and beyond to make sure pick up was convenient for me. Visiting NY with my daughters for the first time recently Harry, Leon and Jacqui were just the icing on the cake, or should i say whiskey in my glass - Such lovely people. They do amazing work. Went to fix my watch and it was done in a day. I couldn't ask for a better place and don't get me started on the people. Everyone who works there are absolute gems. They get to know there people especially Leon.
