If fewer than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we'll be happy to offer you a full refund or store credit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in its original packaging, and you'll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been altered, such as custom sizing, adjustments, engraving, plating, polishing, or any special custom orders. Additionally, only partial refunds may be granted if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If you believe you're eligible for a refund, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can begin the process. We'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly and to your satisfaction.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed accordingly and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If much time has passed since your refund was approved and you have not yet received it, please first check with your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve already done so and would like more information about the status of your refund, please feel free to contact us.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us in order to arrange your exchange. Because of the nature of the items we sell, please note that certain rare or unique jewelry items cannot be exchanged with an exact item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
