This is an excellent vintage Must de Cartier manual wind vermeil tank watch. This watch is solid sterling silver with gold overlay. The dial is champagne in color and has the Cartier logo embedded within the VII marker. 

The case of this watch measures 20.5mm x 27mm and is in excellent condition. It shows no signs of wear on the gold surface. The watch is powered by a 17 jewel manual wind Cartier movement. 

The watch comes with an excellent condition crocodile strap and original Cartier buckle.
