Great experience with Louis Martin Jewelers. They were super helpful when I had a mix up with FedEx and couldn't initially receive the package. 5/5 customer service, quick responses, above and beyond, even answering outside of business hours multiple times. Followed up once I received my package to make sure I had what I needed. I will definitely be a return customer in the future.

They do amazing work. Went to fix my watch and it was done in a day. I couldn't ask for a better place and don't get me started on the people. Everyone who works there are absolute gems. They get to know there people especially Leon.
