I have worked with quite a few jewelers and Harry at Louis Martin Jewelers is simply the best. He is professional, efficient and goes over and above to achieve customer satisfaction. I could not be happier with my new ring and with the many other vintage pieces I have bought over the years. Every lady needs a jewelry guy...Harry is mine!

Great experience with Louis Martin Jewelers. They were super helpful when I had a mix up with FedEx and couldn't initially receive the package. 5/5 customer service, quick responses, above and beyond, even answering outside of business hours multiple times. Followed up once I received my package to make sure I had what I needed. I will definitely be a return customer in the future.

Flew in from San Antonio, was communicating Harry and the staff they had everything ready and even bought a Doxa I had my eye on. Great staff all the way around, great communication. It was a pleasure doing business.

Such a great experience!!! Jayne was excellent on the phone and helped order the exact ring I was looking for. And they shipped it to me! When I called to have the package held at Fedex instead of signed for at my address, Jayne got the info right to their shipping expert, Harry, and he went above and beyond to make sure pick up was convenient for me. They do amazing work. Went to fix my watch and it was done in a day. I couldn't ask for a better place and don't get me started on the people. Everyone who works there are absolute gems. They get to know there people especially Leon.
