Vintage 1960's Omega Steel watch

I have worked with quite a few jewelers and Harry at Louis Martin Jewelers is simply the best. He is professional, efficient and goes over and above to achieve customer satisfaction. I could not be happier with my new ring and with the many other vintage pieces I have bought over the years. Every lady needs a jewelry guy...Harry is mine!

They were super helpful when I had a mix up with FedEx and couldn't initially receive the package. 5/5 customer service, quick responses, above and beyond, even answering outside of business hours multiple times. Followed up once I received my package to make sure I had what I needed. I will definitely be a return customer in the future.

When I called to have the package held at Fedex instead of signed for at my address, Jayne got the info right to their shipping expert, Harry, and he went above and beyond to make sure pick up was convenient for me. They do amazing work. Went to fix my watch and it was done in a day. I couldn't ask for a better place and don't get me started on the people. Everyone who works there are absolute gems. They get to know there people especially Leon.
